1) Terms and conditions for the use of the Sunny-Homes website

These conditions apply to the use of the Sunny-Homes website.  Each visitor of the site is commited
to these terms and conditions.  The visitor agrees explicitly that it is his / her own responsability for
having knowledge of the most actual terms and conditions as stated hereafter. 

2) Content of the website

All information showed, both in text or pictures, is provided by Sunny-Homes on an informative base.

3) Liability 

Sunny-Homes can not be hold responsible for any inaccuracy or deficiency of the data provided on
the site.  Therefore inaccuracies or deficiencies can never lead to claims for financial compensation.

4) Copyright and intellectual property

The user of the Sunny-Homes website acknowledges explicitly that the provided data, like texts and
graphic elements, are protected by intellectual property-rights and always remain the property of
Sunny-Homes.  Reproduction, adjustment and use for commercial puposes, both as a whole or
partly, is prohibited without the previous written consent of Sunny-Homes.  Electronic distribution and /
or storage of the Sunny-Homes information is also strictly prohibited.  Automatic storage in the "cache"
memory of the browser however is excluded from this last-mentioned condition.

additional site-information to your (email) address.
The user will always have the right to have this service stopped immediately.
