Buying a house
You, as a potential buyer only need common sense. Extremely cheap bargains don´t exist!
Be on your guard when an offer seems unlikely advantageous.
In a safe and reliable way one can buy property in Spain. But..... take a business-approach and do not let prevail “the sunny holiday feelings“. Take enough time. If a permiso (permit) is not available or certain documents are incomplete or not correct, do not accept. Certainly do not accept promises that those documents are “under way“ or can be “settled“
Never buy in a hurry and certainly not based on promises.
Ensure yourself of the support of a respectable estate-agent or a lawyer.
